Website terms of use

This is an unofficial translation published for information only. Only the Russian version is legally binding: the Russian original.

Edition date: 10 September 2026, edition 3.

1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the diff.legal website, including its server-side pages of the enquiry form and the reference service for AI agents (hereinafter, the “Site”). By using the Site, you confirm your agreement with the terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site describes legal services for technology businesses and the procedure for making an enquiry. Information about the team’s rankings is given as the names of the rankings, without descriptions of specific cases or clients.

2. Informational nature of the materials

The materials on the Site are of an informational nature. They do not constitute legal advice, do not create a lawyer–client relationship, and are not a promise of the outcome of a transaction, a dispute, or due diligence. General descriptions of services do not replace an analysis of the specific situation; a legal assessment is given only within the scope of agreed work.

3. Services and enquiries

Submitting the form or a message on Telegram makes it possible to discuss the task and does not conclude a services agreement. The parties agree the procedure for determining the result, scope, cost, and deadline before the work begins. The ability to accept the engagement and the absence of a conflict of interest are checked separately.

4. Documents and confidentiality

Do not send client documents, special categories of personal data, third-party information, or confidential details via the open form or on Telegram. The parties agree the channel for exchanging materials, the non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and the composition of the documents to be transferred before the transfer. Client documents are processed in an agreed closed environment, without public AI services and without training on client data.

5. Reference service for AI agents

The service provides a public catalogue of services and a brief structure over the REST, MCP, and A2A protocols. It does not submit enquiries on a person’s behalf, does not accept documents, does not negotiate a contract, and has no access to enquiries. The person reviews the text prepared by the agent and confirms the submission themselves. Access to the service is limited in request frequency; the limits protect the availability of the service and constitute neither authorisation nor a prohibition on copying public information. Compatibility with every assistant is not guaranteed.

6. Materials and intellectual property

The engravings, diagrams, sample documents, and training examples on the Site illustrate the approach to the work. They are not documents or results of actual client projects. The exclusive rights to the texts, design, graphics, and other materials of the Site belong to the Site’s right holder and are protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Quotation is permitted with an indication of the source and a link to the Site. Any other use is only with the written consent of the right holder. The names of rankings and third-party services belong to their respective right holders.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site and its materials are provided “as is”, without warranties of uninterrupted and error-free operation. The Site’s right holder is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the Site’s materials without agreed legal work, for technical interruptions, or for the content of third-party resources to which links are placed on the Site.

8. Personal data

The processing of enquiry data, Telegram correspondence, cookies, and web analytics is described in the Personal-data processing policy. An enquiry can be submitted only after a separate check of the consent to personal-data processing; the consent is not combined with acceptance of these terms. Consent to the mailing list is given separately, is optional, and is not a condition of making an enquiry; its terms are set out in the Consent to informational and advertising mailings. Web analytics is enabled only after selecting “Accept” in the cookie window; the choice can be changed via the “Cookie settings” link in the Site footer.

9. Applicable law and amendments

The legislation of the Russian Federation applies to the terms. The terms may be amended; a new edition takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site. The current edition is always available on this page.

10. Contacts

For services: hello@diff.legal or Telegram @diff_legal_bot. For personal-data matters: support@diff.legal. Personal-data operator, registration number 77-26-560740 in the Roskomnadzor operator register, Moscow.
