Legal support for a business
Does your team regularly face contracts, corporate matters and product questions? We join the company's ongoing work: helping staff lawyers or taking on the role of an external legal department. We agree priorities, keep the history of arrangements and define the next step.
Support is suitable when the tasks are interconnected and earlier decisions matter. Before the start we discuss the flow of enquiries, the workload and the working mode you need: which matters are included in the support, who is responsible for them and how urgent requests are handled.
01 / scope of work
How we approach the task
01
Agreements and documents
We review and agree agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). We keep the contract base up to date.
02
Corporate matters
We support corporate resolutions, governing bodies (boards of directors), employee incentive programmes (ESOP) and the team's day-to-day legal matters within the agreed scope.
03
Priorities and context
We agree how tasks are set and keep the history of amendments and arrangements for the specific client. For each task we determine the person responsible and the next steps.
02 / result and boundaries
What you get
You receive agreed documents and answers on tasks, priorities and a clear procedure for further work. The format and cost depend on the frequency and composition of the enquiries. For a subscription we fix the scope, working hours and prioritisation rules in advance.
Deals and litigation beyond the agreed scope are priced separately. Limits, urgency and availability of the team are agreed in advance. We expand the scope only after agreeing the new volume; unlimited work is not the default.
03 / questions
Before we start
Can you work together with our in-house lawyer?
Yes. The support includes help for the legal team. We agree the allocation of tasks, the way we work together and the result you need.
Are all urgent tasks included in the support?
No. Working hours, the response procedure and the priority of urgent tasks are discussed when the support starts. Additional workload and changes to the scope are agreed separately.
How can we start without a detailed technical brief?
Leave a contact and, if convenient, a few words about the flow of tasks. We will check whether the work is possible and for conflicts of interest, then agree the scope, cost and timing. Share documents after an NDA.
Discuss support
One contact is enough. We agree the scope, cost and timing before the work starts.
